How To Upload

 Pickup Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Closed for Lunch: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
No pickups will be allowed outside of these hours.

 Appointment Scheduling:

• All pickups must be scheduled online with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Appointments must include a BOL (Bill of Lading) uploaded in PDF format for each VIN scheduled.
  • Photos of BOLs will not be accepted. If you have a photo, it must be converted to a PDF before uploading.
  • A “How To” video is available on the scheduling page to assist with uploading BOLs.
• If BOLs are uploaded correctly and the vehicles are ready, a confirmation email will be sent.

 Important Facility Rules:

• We do not load vehicles.
• We do not provide jump boxes, air compressors, or any loading assistance.
• All transporters are required to arrive with the proper equipment needed to safely transport vehicles off the property.
• No trailers over 20 feet are permitted on the back lot due to spacing and liability concerns.
• A current Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be on file with our office before any transporter is allowed to secure vehicles from our facility.
